GENERAL
By commissioning me means you agree with my terms.
Reference images of character(s) & notes (pose,etc) are REQUIRED.Will Draw
Original Character, Fanart, Animals, Furries, Mild gore, Real people.Will Not Draw
NSFW and Excessive gore.PAYMENTS
• Upfront payment after I accepted your commission.
• Payment can be in installments depending on the project.
• For commercial use will be charged 2x from the original priceREVISIONS
1. Sketch: 1 time revision
2. Rendering: 3 times revisions (you can listed the revisions)
More than 4 revisions above may be charge start from +5USDDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commission will finish from 3 weeks to 1 month or more. Delivery can be longer or faster due to my real life situation, waiting list, complexity, and revisions (I will try my best to delivery on time) Please ask me first if you want to make rush commission.USE
Please only use the artwork for personal use only (such as: PFP, wallpaper, anything non commercial stuff) Client can print the artwork for themself or for self promote but please credit me properly :) If Client want to make it into commercial purposes please ask me first.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I reserve all rights to the art including distribution and self-promotion. Redistributing, selling, profiting off of, copying, or claiming my art as your own / another person's is strictly prohibited.Use my artwork into NFTs and AI is prohibited.REFUNDS

Communication will be through Discord or Twitter DMs (@zzaruxa). I recommend you to discuss more about the commission on Discord. I will send you WIP (work in progress) anytime i finish every steps of my art process. Feel free to ask me anytime you want to see the update ! i will not continue the work until the sketches are approved, so lack of communication on the Client's side and delays with approving the work in progress will result in late delivery and will be the Client's responsibility.
